16 S.O.L.I.D – The Shift (16 Weeks)

The Shift is the next step after you’ve laid the foundation — a 16-week experience designed to help you fully integrate strength, structure, and sustainable performance into your daily life. This is where habits become identity. The Shift helps you not just look stronger — but live stronger. This is where your new habits become who you are.

S.O.L.I.D 365 – High Performance (52 Weeks)

S.O.L.I.D 365 is for people who are done with quick fixes and ready to play the long game. Over 12 months, you'll refine your training, upgrade your nutrition, and solidify the mindset that supports high performance in every area of life. This is a full year of 1:1 coaching— real structure, full support, and consistent results all year long. If you're a high performer with long-term goals, this is your home base.
