Who We Are

I’m Dylan Borgerson—father, husband, personal trainer, nutrition coach, athlete, and founder of Fit OneOne Training.

I was a collegiate athlete and psychology major, which suggests I’ve always been driven by performance—both physical and mental. I know what it feels like to push your body, to compete, to train with intention. And I also know how quickly life can shift when that structure disappears.

I started Fit OneOne in the middle of the pandemic—not because it was convenient, but because it was necessary. The world had hit pause, and I realized I wanted something more for myself: a business built on purpose, simplicity, and connection. I didn’t just want to train people—I wanted to help them build a life they felt proud of. And I knew I had to build that for myself, too.

Through my S.O.L.I.D. approach, I help clients train with purpose, eat with clarity, and think with awareness. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a busy parent, or someone just trying to feel good in your own skin again, my job is to simplify the process—so you can actually stick with it and see results that last.

My philosophy is rooted in three things:

  • Simplicity: The plan has to fit your life, not the other way around.
  • Awareness: Change starts with paying attention—how you move, what you eat, how you think.
  • Autonomy: I want you to be able to do what you want to do, when you want to do it.

I’m not here to shout at you through a screen or hand you a generic program. I’m here to coach you through the ups, downs, and everything in between. I started this business for me. I keep building it for people like you—who want to feel strong, stay capable, and show up fully for the things that matter most.

Dylan Borgerson

Dylan is a lifelong athlete who believes in the importance of holistic health and well-being. His experience as a collegiate athlete, Psychology Major, and a devoted father brings a unique approach to coaching. He believes in the direct connection between mental and physical well-being and will integrate small compounded changes for his clients that will yield great change. He brings compassion and motivation to each encounter and prides himself in the positive change he can make for others.
